Julie has been cooking professionally for over 20 years since winning BBC MasterChef back in 1997.

Book Julie as your private chef for the night, creating a delicious three course meal delivered to your hut with full instructions, ready to put together the perfect, luxury, Shepherds Hut supper.  All made using deliciously locally sourced produce.

£47.50 per person for the meal which includes full instructions and delivery to your Shepherds Hut.

Tea smoked duck with blackberry vinegar jelly and beetroot

Greensand ridge cured salmon, horseradish cream and homemade soda bread

Local goat’s cheese tartlet with caramelised shallots and bitter leaves

Spiced roast cauliflower, tahini, beetroot hummus and pink pickles (Vegan)


Panfried seabass, samphire, fondant potato, leeks and tarragon sauce

Venison and chestnut ‘au vin’ with Biddenden

Vineyard red, savoy cabbage and thyme potatoes

Romney Marsh lamb fillet, damson jus, bubble and squeak and roast carrots

Butternut squash and coconut red curry, cardamom rice, apple and green chilli chutney, crispy parsnips (vegan)


Lemon posset, berry compote, almond

Shortbread (vegan version available)

Crèpes, roast apples, apple brandy sauce, crème fraiche
